Most of our clients come to us already juggling deadlines across LL84 benchmarking, LL87 audit cycles, and LL97 emissions thresholds  often without a clear picture of how those filings connect to money they could be getting back.

That's where the Con Edison side of our work matters: many of the upgrades a Local Law forces (lighting retrofits, HVAC replacements, building envelope work) qualify for C&I and Multifamily rebate programs, and we handle that incentive capture alongside the compliance filings themselves.

If a violation or OATH notice does land, we defend it directly rather than handing clients off to outside counsel. Owners, asset managers, and property managers across the five boroughs work with us because they want one team that understands how the compliance side and the incentive side fit together,  not two separate vendors solving half the problem each.
